We are using Logic, We have come a long way actually, as we can’t go beyond technology as technology making our life easier, so Logic already done implementation of marketing, merchandising, commercial in 100%. now our inventory, production are in progress.
So In that case we are getting the benefits like Paper work is no longer having to do, that is, not having to print, making it easier. Like costing approval, PI approval, LC approval we already got from Logic and the thing that working with Logic we are getting is like their supporting stuff they are enough karishmatic and dynamic as well.
They are adjusting with our demand, and when we are working together feels like their stuff are our stuff are in the same line , there’s no contradictory between us, our stuff doesn’t feels like it is an additional work, in that case we are very success in of the day, but still we have a long way to go like our production related reports and inventory reports, logic already working with them, so we hope will do the best, thank you.
Fakir Fashion was also suffering in the very beginning like everyone we did not know what to do and then we have twenty thousand people in the company, and we divided the company into a shifting So which is a great opportunity actually we could make 2 shifts in the morning shift from 06:00 to 02:00 and 2:30 to again another 8 hours so we stop overtime we give extra money to our workers and it is worth mentioning here we secured the worker’s income and salary because it was a huge battle of lives over livelihoods and thank God our workers were healthy as some from management got sick but we had also split work from a home office-based.
Operation people had to come to the office all the people in the merchandising, supply chain, finance, accounts whoever did not need day to day we allowed them to work from home and our company was a digital ERP Platform and very coincidentally Logic is our partner and the company has adopted Logic actually ten years ago so people were used to working online and going to the system and using the system and it paid us back actually in this digital transformation time in this disrupted time so a lot of people works we abolished to the company.
so we all approved things virtually and that was actually speed so that help us to gain more speed and gain customers confidence.
